We’ve Been Doing This for Nearly Two Decades.

TwistTeams is the offshore staffing arm of the Twist Group — an Australian-founded, Philippines-based technology and services company that has been operating in Clark since 2007.

What started as a software development house has grown into a full ecosystem of companies: ToolTwist for enterprise software, TwistFlex for workspace leasing and incubation services, and TwistTeams for dedicated offshore staffing.

Together, we employ over 200 professionals in Clark, Philippines — and we've worked with businesses ranging from Australian startups to ASX-listed enterprises.

For years, our technology clients came to us with a common problem. They'd tried to hire offshore but had been burned — by agencies that over-promised, by staff who disappeared, by arrangements with no real accountability.

They needed someone who understood both worlds: the way Western businesses think and the Philippine talent market. Someone who could recruit great people, set them up properly, and make sure they stuck around.

That's why we built TwistTeams. It's the offshore staffing model we wish had existed when we started.
